The best part about this year’s conference is that our families can join us and have a wonderful time while we are at the conference, and be with us, in the evenings.  Orlando is blessed with beautiful weather, the best of the best Theme parks and many other things to do.  In this newsletter you'll find information on events and services to help you and your family plan for this wonderfully magical vacation experience.

SIETAR-USA 15th Anniversary Celebrations

Friday, October 16, 15th Anniversary Celebration Party
Following the Founders Award Ceremony at 7:30 PM, all conference attendees are invited to celebrate our 15th anniversary with food, drinks, world music, performances and dancing! Tickets are FREE FOR ATTENDEES (included in the registration fee). Additional tickets are available for attendees' guests for $75 each, payable at the time of registration.

Epcot® Night Out! Saturday, October 17
Stay one more night and continue the celebration!  An evening with your SIETAR friends and colleagues at the Epcot® Intern
ational Food & Wine Festival! What a way to celebrate our SIETAR-USA 15th Anniversary! Starting at 4:00 p.m., explore over 20 marketplaces featuring regional foods, wines and beers while sampling the finest cuisine from around the globe.  At the end of the evening, look to the sky and experience the awe-inspiring IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth (9:15 pm),  an incredible symphony of lasers, music and fireworks. DISCOUNTED TICKETS for this event are available to attendees by clicking HERE.  Please note, Epcot tickets are NOT INCLUDED in the conference registration fee.  Bus service will be first come, first served.
