Hello, colleagues. We're looking for a cross-cultural competence expert with knowledge and expertise in Italian diversity to help adapt a couple of training courses for a US-based global client. This project involves reviewing the slides and the Facilitator Guides of two programs (one 4-hour program and one two-hour program) through an Italian “cross-cultural lens”. In other words, to ensure the content resonates with the Italian participants and with the cross-cultural and diversity issues that are prioritized in Italy. The materials are currently all in English and geared towards a U.S. audience. (The materials will eventually be translated into Italian though). Adapting the courses for local context will involve giving examples that participants/employees in Italy can relate to, and it will require some content creation (such as writing an Italian-specific case study and answer key/debrief and a few other things). We would need this project completed within the next month. If you are interested, please contact me offline and I can give more details.

    Best,

    Rebecca Parrilla
