The exhibit area will be open to conference participants as follows:
Friday, November 4: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday, November 5: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Sunday, November 6: 9:00 am-1:00 pm
The exhibit area will be accessible to exhibitors for setup: Thursday, November 3 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.
If at all possible, exhibits should be ready for display by 9:00 am, Friday, November 4.
Exhibit teardown and removal of materials can begin at 1:00 pm on Sunday, November 6.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect for the conference attendees and the safety of all conference participants, please DO NOT undertake exhibit teardown/removal during any breaks. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Shipping guidelines will be provided to all exhibitors once registration is completed.
Exhibitors at the SIETAR USA conference are required to provide both workers' insurance for their employees or representatives and general liability insurance. Neither the Hilton Omaha nor SIETAR USA will be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees, or property, no matter the cause. In addition, the exhibitor must assume responsibility for damages to the Hilton Omaha, and indemnify or hold harmless from liability that might ensue from any cause whatsoever, including accidents, or injuries to exhibitors, their representatives, or employees. The exhibitor must also assume responsibility for any accident, injury, or property damage to any person viewing his/her exhibit where such accident, injury, or property damage is caused by the negligence of the exhibitor, his or her representatives, or employees.
Due to the high value of some exhibits, it is not possible for SIETAR USA to insure exhibitors' equipment against loss, theft, damage, and breakage. In their own interest and for security purposes, exhibitors shall keep an attendant at their booth during all exhibit hours. There can be a maximum of two people who are not registered conference participants as Exhibitor Personnel for each booth, in addition to any number of registered participants affiliated with each booth. All Exhibitor Personnel will be issued conference identification at the Registration Table. Exhibitor Personnel are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
