Saturday Seminar: 'Blending or Integrating: Embedding DEI & Racial Justice in IC Training/Consulting (and Vice Versa)'

Join SIETAR USA for the first Saturday Seminar of 2022!

For this event, SIETAR USA colleagues and friends will convene to explore racial justice issues in a safe, caring, professional environment. A structured Open Forum will be conducted using cogent questions, comments, and feedback for discussing challenging DEI issues. Following the Open Forum will be a session in which you will explore embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice into intercultural training as well as embedding best intercultural practices into DEI training with the goal of enriching your training, teaching, consulting, and coaching. Concepts and theories, techniques and approaches from each field will be used.
